Colleagues in the department have published in top journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of World Business, Organization Science, Organization Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice and Journal of Business Venturing, just to name a few. 

We now seek an ambitious and exceptional colleague at the Lecturer level, with research interests in ‘International Strategy’, to join the Department for Entrepreneurship and Strategy.

In particular, we welcome applications of scholars interested in one or more of the following research areas: strategic practices and processes in international contexts, strategic change in the context of MNEs, HQ – subsidiary relationships, institutional and political perspectives on MNEs, internationalization strategies and practices of entrepreneurial firms, SMEs and family businesses. We look for candidates that are developing, or have the potential to develop, a strong international reputation for publication in the field of international strategy and strategic management more widely.

As part of the Department, you will also contribute to teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level. The Department offers an excellent environment for research and teaching and from which to develop your academic career.
